Renovation of whole flat with a programme of needs set out by the clients: living room, kitchen/dining room, master bedroom ensuite, and flexible guest room/studio with a sharing bathroom with visitors.

PROPOSAL

The flat has a rigorous distribution scheme linked to a system of load-bearing walls where the distributor corridor has an absolute presence, so assuming this condition the solution adopted creates a spatial continuity between the different environments that make it up to minimize its presence, the partitions are eliminated that are not structurally compromised are eliminated and those that are present for privacy are at the height of the doors connecting at the top with a fixed area.

The master bedroom has a full bathroom and a system of perimeter wardrobes to it, a study/guest room integrated into the main hallway with the possibility of closing thanks to a movable partition/sliding door that makes its use (private or social) more flexible, toilet located between study and kitchen, kitchen-dining room that is articulated as the heart of the apartment, placing the cooking activity in front of the diners and with physical and visual communication with the living room that has three balconies facing the outside. The floors are made of wooden flooring and in the wet areas of hydraulic tiles. The carpentry is made of white lacquered wood, walls and ceilings lined with white-painted plasterboard.
