Renovation and construction management project for the renovation of a flat located on Mancebos Street. The perimeter load-bearing walls and the exposed wooden structure define the space. A core of multifunctional furniture is projected to articulate the spaces of the different rooms around it, while at the same time serving as a storage infrastructure for them. Compositional rigor and spatial clarity characterize this home located in a building from the late 19th century in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood.
