COMMISSION

The purpose of this project is determined by the need to renovate the existing flat of a surface of 200sq, with obsolete construction characteristics and to return to the house – located in a privileged neighbourhood- the dignity lost over the years.

The client requires three rooms with bathroom, visitant toilet close to social area, kitchen close to the bar-dining room, but not integrated into it and social areas as bright as possible.

PROPOSAL

The proposal focuses on capturing light in each space also seeking to provide each room with a particular architectural element that accentuates this search.

The theme of the project is the dematerialization of the walls that limit the rooms; either through the material used (partition, wood or micro cement) or its transparency (glass, ribbed glass, wooden lattices, blinds, sheers), as well as the exterior limits of the patio and terrace with curtains.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Project management was carried out throughout its execution.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design project integrated into architecture, involving guidelines in furniture, carpets, lighting, curtains, blinds and vegetation.
